Interior Painters Labor

This is the absolute worst service that I have ever received in my life and I am 60 plus years old. The person I spoke with misrepresented everything ...that was supposed to happen. I was offered that he would spray paint my house and all I had to do was pay for materials and the labor. I paid up front all that he said was required I paid completely up front. When the crew got here days late they walked into my house and I saw paint brushes and rollers I asked him I said I thought you guys were going to do this with a sprayer. The guy had promised me previously that my entire interior would be painted within one day. But upon their arrival with rollers and brushes and no paint sprayer he gave me this lame excuse that it would have cost me $200 more dollars or so in order for him to buy a sprayer to paint. When at the initial conversation he and tomato that they were a paint spraying company I had no idea I had to pay for a paint sprayer. And an additionally he never mentioned that as part of the materials he just said he just gave me a total cost of all materials needed and I paid that. In addition to his line and misrepresenting he brought me the wrong colors that I asked for he brought different colors and was telling me they are similar. He left paint all over my house even in rooms parts of my house where he didn't even paint. And the master bedroom where they paint it they never painted behind the headboard on my bed they just left the space blank and paint it all around it and they said nothing to me about it I discovered it a day later. Like I said earlier this is absolutely the worst company the worst people I have ever dealt with as far as business. They do not have a system to get a refund or reimbursement or even to address complaints that I have against this horrible mess that was left in my home. Show more

I am terribly sorry to hear about this experience, but I believe you have the wrong company. We are a cleaning company and we do not participate in anything you speak of if you would reach out by email. I would be gladly to assist you in finding the right company, but I advise you remove your review and place it on the right company we do not paint only cleaning

I hired Greenhouse Cleaners to complete a thorough cleaning of my rental unit: There deep cleaning package. The employees were very knowledgeable and... provided updates on the delays and arrival times. There however were several missed areas that I needed to go over myself after their cleaning. 1. Wiping down the bathroom mirrors 2. Rinsing the tubs and shower area as the residue from the cleaner along with the dirt was drying in the tub. 3. Wiped down the master bedroom bathroom cabinets. 4. Wiped behind and around the toilets as wet dust balls from the mopping over any dust was present. 5. I wiped down the pantry shelves and swept the closet as it was missed. 6. Swept between the Refrigerator and cabinets. My house was dusty as it was all flooring. However I think a good sweeping before mopping would have prevented the wet dust balls that were present everywhere. I also applied Windex and on the top of the stove as it was still greasy. I appreciate the effort, but I feel there were alot of things missed. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt as a i know they were somewhat busy today. However I paid a nice chunk of change and still had to do some cleaning myself. Show more
