I felt for her. She was amazing with the deep tissue massage and she even did my makeup it was so professional and she is so funny. It felt amazing definitely will be coming back Went for a message today as I travel for work and was feeling stressed. I normally go here for facials but decided to give them a try for a massage. Based on the other reviews here, this individual has a habit of either stealing clients' money or doing a terrible job with providing them service. In... my case, she took my money and didn't show up to provide me service at my appointment time. I attempted to get a mobile massage, which she canceled my appointment, and then texted me saying she takes payment upfront. I sent her the payment through the case app link she sent... Once I sent the money, she reconfirmed my appointment time only to cancel it again. I made multiple calls and texts but received no answer at that point. Black folks always saying support black businesses and when you try, theses Negroes do some shady and sheisty nonsense! Know this miss, you reap what you sow! You are sowing a lot of evil based on these reviews and your actions. I'm sure you are going to have some shameless response to this review, most likely trying to avoid accepting accountability for your actions. Wrong dude lady! Appointment set for 10:30 august 13. Confirmed with this makeup artist the day before, she even asked about allergies and a picture of what I wanted t...o which I replied. Well, I got there at 10:30 on the dot august 13 and texted, no reply. I called severally, no one picked up. I left 3 voicemails, nothing. I waited for 45mins and had to leave. I needed the make up for my maternity photoshoot and thank God I had my make up kit in my car. I had to drive to the nearest shopping mall, parked and started applying my makeup myself in the car. It was uncomfortable but I did my best. I pray the photo comes out beautiful. This makeup artist should not be allowed on this site if she’s just gonna ghost customers with no explanation. Show more

The makeup didn’t match my skin tone at all and I ended up taking it off as soon as I got home. Since I was just called and texted I want to update ...my review on exactly what happened. When I got there she wasn’t even aware she had an appointment that day so she was unprepared. Her brushes weren’t clean, I am pretty sure she used her mascara, and she didn’t have my skin tone. She was rough with the whole process. I didn’t have my glasses on so I didn’t see what my face looked like. I will admit I have never worn lashes so that was a struggle but she used hair glue and got it in my eye. We ended up not using the lashes but the last glue was left on my eyes and I ended up having to put the mascara on myself. It was unprofessional of her to text me with a long paragraph then blocking me because I took a picture and which didn’t have my glasses on so i couldn’t see it until after the fact. If you were prepared and could not make it look good then you could have said that. It is not my job to let you know you have an appointment when it had to be confirmed by the MUA after it was booked. You told me I looked good while making faces and when I asked you what was wrong you say in my face and told me nothing but you could change it if needed. Please understand that I didn’t have my glasses on until it was time to leave. I could have been because she was unprepared and upset but worst experience i have ever been through especially for my first time getting my makeup done. Show more
