Atmosphere was nice, wash was done well and I liked that overall minimal gel was used and no excessive heat from a hot comb. The braids themselves cou...ld have been better. A lot of hair was left out in the back and more hair could’ve been laid down overall in general. The parting wasn’t straight at all and the stitching of the braids isn’t as clear as it should be, it’s hard to tell they’re stitch braids at all. I wanted 6 braids plus small braids and got 4 large braids plus small braids, however that part may have just been a misunderstanding. Combined with the fact the appointment was moved to an hour later and stylist was still 15 minutes late, it was an overall bad experience that I regret paying for and it was not worth the cost. Update: Stylist reached out and offered to redo the service free of charge or for a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund and am still being granted a free service on the house in the future. I appreciate the attempt to make things right. Show more

Hey Jordan , these are not stitch braids. You asked for a "simple design with small braids” without showing any picture references so I freestyled. For future clients , just show a picture of the specific design you want ( to avoid any misunderstandings :)))))
