Let me just say that she informed me prior that she is practicing FRONTAL closures. I also told her that I am experiencing postpartum hair. But it is ...going away. My frontal from my sew in was lifting HHEEEAAVVVYY. Seeing nothing but corn rows, chile..My scalp was extremely red and slightly swollen (and stayed that way) when I got home and could not stop scratching it until I finally gave up and cut it out two days ago. I barely had it a week and a couple days. I tried to communicate to her that the style overall was not to my satisfaction. The absolute worst part was the communication. She told me that she was not the best at communicating, but was a lot faster before the appointment. After we had communicated finally about my hairstyle, I told her that I wanted her to come over and take it down the next day and do another style. Of course, with payment. It took her forever just to respond to that. I understand if you have other clients, but four days of no communication? Be for real. After the extreme inconsistent text messages and the no-shows to appointments, I had my fiancé cut my hair out at 3:30 AM. I was consistently in pain and crying. I had Tylenol on speed dial every single day. This was completely unprofessional and heartless. I was being extremely lenient and trying to give her the benefit of the doubt by saving the hairstyle with another, but she just was horrible at communication and fixing the problem. She should take off sew ins on her profile because she is much better with braids. Show more

I really don’t understand why Booksy only allows 5/5 stars when Nae over at Headspace Studios deserves 10/10 stars ✨⭐️! You can tell she’s passionate ...about her craft and making sure you receive great customer service. I came in requesting a different hairstyle than what I normally get, and she literally created a masterpiece on my head 🎨 You thought that was the end of the story? Nope, there’s more! She’s also extremely personable, so she actually cares about you, and has the unique ability to make you feel great about yourself. But don’t take my word for it.
