Setting up Add-ons

Activating this brand new feature means your clients get the opportunity to customize their experience each time they book. And that makes it easier for you to plan the correct duration of each appointment. Take a few moments to review the following step-by-step guide to begin setting up Add-ons:

  1. Navigate to your Business Settings.
  2. Select Services Setup.
  3. Choose Add-ons and click the Plus icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  4. Enter the Name of the Add-on
  5. Set how much Time will be needed for the Add-on, if any. 
  6. Enter a Price for the Add-on (choose $0 if you don’t want to charge an additional fee).
  7. Add a Description to explain the Add-on and its value. 
  8. Upload a Picture to showcase the service and familiarize clients with the end results.
  9. Under Details, decide if this Add-on should be Bookable Online
  10. Select the Services this Add-on can be booked with. 
  11. Put a limit on the Number of Add-ons that a client can book at a time. 
  12. Finally, enter the Tax Rate and select Add

From here, you’re ready to offer your clients a more customizable experience the next time they schedule an appointment. Just make sure your Add-ons are bookable online. Once you take that step, clients have the power to choose additional services or products, whenever they use the customer app.
