Scheduled 2 appointments on 12/19/24, 5pm and 545pm. For 2 people. 3 men were working and asked us if we booked appt said yes with Brian. They said he... not here yet . Waited until 515pm and he wasn’t there . No text, call or email that he was running late. Ask someone else to cut my hair . Waited for the next appt 545pm and no Brian. We finished at 640pm and no Brian and his next appointment was already waiting for him. Show more
