Since 2009 when I became a licensed barber, I’ve never got a 1 star review until now. You said a lot things in this review, but I’m curious how you feel about your actual haircut??? As far as not leaving feeling fresh and having hairs all over you, I find that hard to believe when I use compressed air throughout the haircut to clean you off, as well as at the end with an after shave mist. I apologize that you feel I was "aggressive on the head" with the clippers. I’ve never had that complaint before. You never said one thing to me during your appointment about your discomfort, why not? All that being said, I think a one star star review was way exaggerated in my opinion. Thank you for the chance to earn your business, I'm extremely sorry that you feel you had that bad of an experience.
