If I could give 0 starts I would. Been coming to her for almost 4 years now and as of recently she has no respect for loyal clients or even her own bu...siness and personal reputation. It's been a bunch of rescheduling and bs going on recently but this last event was the last straw. Long story short, she got a DUI the day of my appointment so she couldn't do it and I didnt know until I was texting her outside her suite and her baby daddy responded to my messages lmk about the DUI. Once she is out of jail she texts me about what happened and asks for $100 to get her car out of impound because her cards are in the car and she will just give me the cash when she sees me and would do my lashes for free. I send her the money because we have never had a problem with money or anything of the sort before. Plus like I said I have been coming to her for damn near 4 years now so I know her and she knows me PERSONALLY. Once she got the money the responses were hours apart and basically nonexistent. I had to text multiple times to even get anything back. I told her I had a flight to catch on monday so could she possibly do my lashes saturday or sunday(this all happened on a friday) no response. I text again and she says she can do them Sunday late at night because she is dealing with stuff. I say ok and ask her what time.....no response. I then question mark the message still no response. At this point it's 10 at night on sunday and my flight leaves monday morning at 7am. I text her when I land to just send me the $100 back...no response. I wait a few hours and question mark the message and still no response. I honestly don't even care about her not doing my lashes but to ask me for money and then just run off with it when I've been a loyal customer for years is fucekn insane. I even tried requesting it back on cash app but it wouldn't let me. Even if I wasn't a loyal customer who just takes someone's money like that and doesn’t respond. Safe to say she’s lost a customer I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know about this bs cause this is weird, broke and grimey behavior. Show more

Absolutely terrible! My appointment got canceled 30 mins before my scheduled time. I drove from the Inland Empire to come get serviced and I was alrea...dy sitting in the parking lot waiting. I understand life happens, but now I’m waiting several days to get my deposit back. I was told I would be getting my money back, but it’s day 3 and there’s still nothing. I’ve sent several text and I’ve gotten no response. I think this is extremely unprofessional. Considering I got cancelled 30 mins before my appointment…my deposit should’ve been given back to me. Not only did I lose money drive over there, now several days later im still waiting on a deposit. Out of pocket all this money but no lashes. Show more
