Service Variants

At Booksy, we understand that there’s no one size fits all approach to managing a diverse team. With our latest update to Service Variants, you can easily adjust the duration and pricing of services for individual staffers, which means taking advantage of these benefits:

  1. Customized team settings: gain more flexibility when assigning service duration and prices to your team members.
  2. Team calendar, accurately booked: embrace each team member's own pace. Adjust service duration for individual Staff Members to make sure your teams’ calendar is accurately booked.
  3. More transparency for clients: help make sure that your customers have all the information they need to book the experience they want. Ensure they know exactly what they’re getting each time they book an appointment in your chair.

Although this may seem like a small change, if you or a staffer will be managing a busy front desk this holiday season, the small details matter. With this Booksy app update, whenever you manually enter a walk-in appointment on your calendar, click Select a Client, and the cursor will move directly to the Search Bar on your Client List. Use this update to keep your momentum running, and get walk-in customers into your chair faster than before.

Mobile Payments

Offering Mobile Payments as an option to your clients is a mutually beneficial step. For your clients, it speeds up the Checkout process and gives them more freedom. At the same time, you benefit from offering them a smooth, easy Checkout experience, while protecting your bottom line by setting up No-Show Protection.

With this Booksy app update, you can now  see if your client has autopay enabled for Mobile Payments at Checkout. Rather than asking them how they’d like to pay, just remind them they have autopay set up so you can both skip the back and forth. Plus, taking advantage of this Booksy App update is a great way to make sure that the credit card information for each client stays up to date.

Language Settings

At Booksy, we come from all over the world and speak many different languages. So, we understand how important it is to offer your Staff Members flexible language options. 

Regardless of which staffer is working the front desk, they can quickly and easily switch between languages from the tablet and web versions of your Booksy Biz app. Just click on the flag in the top left corner and choose which language you need. 

From your mobile phone, go to Profile > Settings > Personal Settings > Language.

Currently, you can choose from English (USA and UK versions), Spanish (Spain and Latin America versions), Polish, Ukrainian, Portuguese (Brazil), French, and Vietnamese. Your clients have access to English (USA and UK versions), Spanish (Spain and Latin America versions), Polish, Ukrainian, Portuguese (Brazil), and French.
