Communicating with your clients during the COVID-19 can be difficult. To help you during these uncertain times, we’ve created Coronavirus-related templates you can use.
If you want to share updates via social media, you can copy, paste and edit these templates in the Social Post Creator. If you prefer to text or email your clients, copy, paste, and edit these templates into a Message Blast Template. You’ll also find a selection of pre-installed templates in the Booksy Biz app, for SMS, push notification and email. Check out our guide on how to use our Message Blast feature here.

If you want to inform clients of the precautions you’re taking
We care about keeping you and our community healthy, so we’re taking extra precautions to protect our clients and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Some of the extra precautions we’re taking include:
- Workspaces and tools are sanitised throughout the day and between each appointment
- We are washing our hands after every client and using the handwashing technique set by WHO
- We disinfect all commonly touched areas including countertops and door handles
- We ask that all clients book an appointment ahead of time to limit the number of people in the salon
- We are using contactless transaction whenever possible
- We have hand sanitiser and soap available for all clients
If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our normal cancellation fees will be waived during this time.
Self-care is particularly important right now, so we’re doing everything we can to keep our clients healthy.
Stay safe and hope to see you soon,
