It’s important to keep your clients reassured during this time and keep everyone up to date about re-opening and the actions you are taking to get business back to normal. Take a look at our example messages below which you can amend and use today. 

Inform about re-opening 

When your shop is ready to open, send out a message blast to all your customers! Let them know your calendar is back open and to start booking. You can also inform them about any changes to opening hours. 

“Our calendar is now open and we are officially back on (date here)! Make sure to get booking and we can’t wait to see you”

“We are back open and can’t wait to see you! Extra measures have been put in place to keep you safe and ensure maximum hygiene in the salon. We have also extended our hours.”

“We are finally re-opening and our Booksy calendar is ready for your bookings! We look forward to seeing you soon!”

“It’s time to stop those home haircuts! We are back open on (date here)! We can’t wait to see you. Book now on Booksy.”

Reassure about new measures in place

Even though your shop may be open again, many clients will still be hesitant to visit. Reassure them about extra measures you have taken to ensure your staff and clients are safe during this time. When people have booked, reassure your clients about new measures in place and the importance of turning up to their appointment on time.
