What you need to know
A referral is someone that you recommend or 'refer' Booksy to. When they meet the criteria as set in the T&Cs then they have successfully become a 'referral'.

This is a unique link to yourself that when you share it, people can click on it and be taken to the app download screen. It also helps you track your referrals from the customer app!

How do I claim my reward?
f you have payments set up on your Biz App already (such as prepayments or cancellations), the payment will be sent automatically to you. IF not, we will be in contact to obtain your bank details and send the payment via BACS
Payments will be made no later that 1 months after payment.
How long does it take to receive my reward?
Hopefully, they’ll have used your unique link so there’s no question about it but if you find out someone signed up from your recommendation further down the line, then we’ll honour it, as long as they provide evidence you were their referral.
How do I know if someone I referred a while ago has joined and not told me?
What could affect me receiving my reward?
If a referral hasn’t paid for their account, if you are not up to date with payments, if you are blocked, if you no longer subscribe to Booksy, if you own or part own the business you are referring or are in any way financially associated with it then you will not receive a referral reward.
What criteria does a referral have to meet before I am paid?
Your referral needs to be successfully using Booksy. ‘Successfully’ means that they have to have a paid subscription with us and not still be using our free 14 day trial.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Booksy UK Referral Program is available to all merchants with an active BooksyBIZ paid subscription in the UK only.
2. Eligible Referrals
Where permitted to participate in this Referral Program, you will be provided with one or more Referral Links and a Referral Code that can be provided to potential Booksy customers. These merchants must use your Referral Links or Referral Code to qualify as an Invited merchant. Referees may not be financially associated with the referred business in any way, this includes, but is not limited to; investor, part owner, partner or employee.
3. Referral Links and Referral Credits
Referral Links and Referral Codes may only be used by you in conjunction with this Referral Program. You may not transfer them to a third party or sell or attempt to sell them. Booksy may limit access or use of Referral links or Referral code, or establish maximum Referral Credits, at any time and in its sole discretion. Booksy owns all rights in Referral Links and Referral codes and any content or intellectual property associated with it. Booksy will provide any earned Referral Credits to you in a manner stated on your referral page (for example, as a payout, points attributed to your Booksy or as a gift card). Booksy may withhold Referral Credits that you are otherwise entitled to if we believe that you breached this Referral Program Agreement or other agreements with Booksy, if you engaged in activity that was illegal or fraudulent, or if we determine that a Referral Credit was provided to you erroneously. You are responsible all taxes arising from or related to Referral Credits you receive. Booksy will not report any income or earnings related to Referral Credits to taxing authorities except where required under law.
4. Restrictions
As part of this Referral Program, you agree to:not represent yourself as an employee or agent of or suggest any affiliation or partnership with Booksy, or claim to be authorised to speak on behalf of Booksy;not send uninvited messages through any medium (email, phone, fax, social media, etc.); will not use automatic dialing apps, scripts, or bots to send messages to third parties; and will at all times comply with applicable laws;always send Referral Links or Referral Code as your true self and will not impersonate or claim to represent either real or fictitious third parties, or engage in anything that may be considered unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices or fraud;not create or use Referral Links or Referral code in the context of anything that violates individual rights, promotes violence, hate, or discrimination, or is obscene or offensive;you will not use name “Booksy” or the Booksy logo in any public advertising or marketing unless expressly permitted to do so by Booksy; and not infringe the privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties. Violation of this section will result in your termination from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any Referral Credits that you have not already received.
5. Termination
This Referral Program Agreement is effective as of the time you first send or generate a Referral Link or Referal code and will terminate upon notice by either you or Booksy to the other party. Booksy may terminate this Referral Program Agreement upon notice to you at any point in time.
6. Other Legal terms
This Referral Agreement integrates into the notice, governing law, and arbitration provisions of the Platform Agreement. Booksy’s maximum liability to you for direct damages under this Referral Program Agreement is limited to the total Referral Credits paid or payable to you in the preceding three-month period. Booksy is not liable to you for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, lost profits or revenue whether or not you advised us of their possibility. This limitation will apply regardless of the legal theory on which your claim is based. Booksy may modify this Referral Program Agreement at any time by posted an updated version.
7. Entire Agreement
This Referral Program Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Boosky for the subject matter described and no other agreements, representations, or warranties other than those provided in this Referral Program Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by Company and Booksy.
