I’ve been using the booksy booking system now for about 5 years. I couldn’t recommend it enough, it took my business to new heights, without it I honestly believe my business wouldn’t go this far.

Even simple things like the reminder text or reminder notification to people’s phones, I use to sit for 3 hours every Monday sending the reminders out for the week ahead, because without a reminder men will forget about their appointments, and if someone doesn’t show up, that’s money out of your pocket.

Another great feature is the security of people booking their appointment through the system with their card, and again if they don’t turn up, you can charge the no show so your not out of pocket. When a person books an app as well it is explained that if they don’t show then they will be charged so your well within your rights to do so!

Don’t waste time with any other booking systems for your barber shop or salon. Booksy is the leader in the market all the other companies are trying to copy but they’re not on the same level! I also live in Liverpool and if I have any problems, Kate who is a local to the city is always on hand to answer any questions I have about features or new features on the system, which is great as sometimes you do need a human to help you with things!
