Does it cost anything to join the Booksy "MBA" program?

The program is free to join. All you need is an active paid Booksy subscription.

Who is eligible to participate in the Booksy "MBA" program?

At this time, we are accepting applications for the Summer 2023 class, which is open to barbers based in the Chicagoland area. While all barbers are welcome, this program is tailored for professionals who operate a one person business.

How can I increase my chances of being selected?

We’re looking forward to reviewing all applications, but here are a few things that will make your application stand out:

A strong personal statement submitted with your application (that includes specific reasons why the Booksy “MBA” would benefit your business)
Actively accepting online bookings through Booksy
An established client list, uploaded to Booksy
Any positive client reviews collected through Booksy

How long is the program and individual classes?

The Booksy “MBA” Program lasts 4 weeks, from August 7th-28th, 2023. There will be one 90-minute class each week, on Mondays at 11am CT.

Are classes held in person or online?

Classes are held live in a 100% virtual format. At the end of the Program, you will be able to attend an in-person networking graduation event.

What if I can’t attend every live class?

In order to graduate, you will need to attend at least 2 out of the 4 classes live and complete all class work. If you have to miss one or two sessions, lectures will be recorded for later viewing.

Will you be offering this program in other cities, or for other industries?
