I am very disappointed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced. Before working with this provider, please do your research and car...efully check the Sisterloc website to confirm that the services you are paying for are actually included. Several services that were promised were not delivered as advertised, and there was no accountability or meaningful effort to correct these issues. It also became clear during my engagement that individuals presenting themselves as consultants were, in fact, trainees, which was not disclosed up front. This lack of transparency, combined with inconsistent communication and unmet commitments, resulted in a frustrating and unprofessional experience. On top of that she wanted to cancel me after asking legitimate questions about why she was cutting my hair and not locking the hair to the ends of the hair leaving about three inches or more inches left untied. She cut my hair multiple times at the roots and ends and wanted to cancel me for asking questions and speaking with a sisterlock consultant about concerns. To which I was informed she should not be cutting my hair during an establishment. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Do your diligence ahead of time and verify that the support you expect is truly part of the service being offered.

For clarity, all services, pricing, and policies are outlined and discussed prior to booking, and any accommodations offered beyond standard services are handled at the provider’s discretion. At no point was there an intention to misrepresent services or roles, and transparency is a priority in my practice. As with any professional service, not every client-provider relationship is the right fit. I made the decision to conclude our working relationship in order to maintain clear boundaries and service standards. I wish you the best moving forward and appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future clients.
