Sam is phenomenal. Not only is her work neat and gorgeous but she is an absolute gem to talk to. She made 2.5 hours fly by while we chatted about ever...ything! She did the best lashes I’ve had in a long time and I use to go get them done religiously every 2 weeks. Now she’s got me hooked again!

It started off really great. Wasn’t in love with my lashes, but Iwas okay with them.. I was willing to keep going so she can learn how I like them an...d the dos and don’ts. I reached out for a fill and there was some back and forth cause I needed a fill before I went out of town. She replied to a few of my messages then stopped replying altogether.. UNPROFESSIONAL. Posting all of social media but not responding to clients for days?? RUDE. I wasn’t rude to her (ima service provider, I know how to talk to people) , I was really trying to see if she had any availability before I left out of town. One of my eyes barely had lashes on it (probably like10) and the other eye only lashes in the middle of the lash line, none on either inner/outer corners. I mentioned that one of my eyes were messed up. She still decided not to respond. I got my lashes done barely two weeks prior for the first time with her and I already had HELLA lashes gone. Retention is NOT there. She was a nice person and vibes were great. ..the customer service??? Trash ! Not going back. Had to find someone new …AGAIN
