I had a really positive experience with Todd, especially when it came to flexibility and customer care. I reached out the night before my appointment ...to see if he happened to have any availability, and he went above and beyond by coming in early to fit me in. He opened the shop at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday just to make sure I was taken care of and ready for the week, which I truly appreciated. That level of effort and accommodation says a lot.
