I have enjoyed the service until my last visit. I’m always being charged 5 dollars or more every time I go but I enjoyed my results so I didn’t make a... big deal of it. However yesterday’s visit was my last. I got my nails done May the 7th. That day they started chipping, I was unable to return because I had a trip the following day. When I returned my nails were worse so I began to remove some (Builder Gel). Fast forward to yesterday I reserve an appointment. The nail tech is entirely too rough on my nails. I tell her it hurts. She proceeds to tell me why this process is necessary. I ask her to stop She stops. At the end of the service I’m charged $15 to remove the product that they put on my nails and the finished product left my nails lumpy and not what I paid for. Due to the language barrier no one could explain why I’m always charged something different for the same service and only 5 dollars was taken off. Now I ask you do my nails look like an $80 result!!!!!! No they don’t. And that is why I am writing this review!!!!!!! Customer service is not what it used to be, and I find it very disheartening and unfortunate that these businesses could care less about the service they give, and are only concern about the money they receive. When in all actuality without the consumer, they would have no business, and that needs to be remembered.

Las chicas son muy profesionales y hacen un excelente trabajo. Confío completamente en cualquiera de ellas para el cuidado de mis uñas y siempre quedo... satisfecha con el resultado. Lo único que deberían mejorar es la coordinación de los precios. Por ejemplo, en la app el chrome aparece con un costo de $15, pero al momento de pagar lo cobran a $20. Incluso después de informarles sobre la diferencia de precio, no prestaron atención al detalle ni ofrecieron una explicación clara. Fuera de eso, la calidad del trabajo y el servicio de las chicas son excelentes
