I respected you as a client and tried to accommodate you multiple times, but I also need to clarify the situation honestly. Yesterday, you wanted waist-length braids with 3 mixed hair colors, plus for me to detangle/combe out your hair, all for $180 while I was also providing the braiding hair. That style takes many hours of work, and in the past you already paid around $200 for similar services. You have also complained several times about the prices listed on the app and tried to negotiate them. Because of that, I decided it was better not to continue the appointment and to let you go. As a stylist, I have the right to charge for my time, work, and materials. I personally contacted you respectfully about the schedule and tried my best to accommodate you. If I truly treated clients badly, there would be many reviews saying the same thing. In the past, when I accepted your lower price, you left a positive review because you were satisfied with the service. I wish you the best, but I also have to stand up for my business, my time, and my prices.
