Hello Cynthia, I wanted to clarify a few things because some information shared was inaccurate. At 4:13, I informed you that your 15-minute grace period was approaching and asked for your ETA. During our call, you first stated you thought your appointment was at 4:30, then later said you thought it was at 5:00 PM. I also explained my cancellation policy, which is 25 minutes past the appointment time. I did offer to reschedule multiple times, so it’s untrue that I wasn’t flexible. In fact, you were the one unwilling to compromise, repeatedly stating that it had to be done that same day. Throughout the call, I also struggled to fully explain myself because I was constantly being interrupted and talked over whenever I tried to speak or clarify the situation. While you did apologize and offer to pay more, I already had plans scheduled after your appointment. Additionally, at 4:24 PM, you stated you were still 7–10 minutes away, meaning the appointment would still have been missed regardless. Throughout the conversation, I remained understanding and respectful. My sister was present listening to the entire call as a witness. I understand that scheduling mix-ups happen, but I do not believe a misunderstanding warrants damaging someone’s name or reputation. Thank you for your time.
