⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — I Finally Found The One: My Lash Artist for Life I've been doing eyelash extensions on and off for a long time. The "off" times always came f...or the same reason: extensionists who gave me what they thought I wanted instead of what I actually asked for. The lashes were always too long, and the quality from fill to fill was unpredictable — so I'd stop. Every time. She listened the first time. And that changed everything. Olivia's talent is a 10 — full stop. From my very first full set, she created exactly what I envisioned: lashes so enhancing, covering my hooded eye lids so naturally without being over done. — not the brush-tool look, but beautifully layered lengths that blend seamlessly. Very few shed before my first fill, and when I came in for that fill? Absolute perfection. But it's not just her skill. Olivia is genuinely kind and caring. She came outside to greet me and make sure I found the salon, and walked me out when I left. She is a wonderful person — warm, sweet, and fully present. In a world where that's rare, it matters to me. If you've had the same frustrating experience I have — extensionists who don't really listen, lashes that are never quite right — Olivia is your answer. She's an extraordinarily talented artist who actually hears you, and the results speak for themselves. I've found my home. 🏡

Upon arrival, she was at the door to greet me and show me where to go. She made sure she understood what my desires were for my lashes and thoroughly ...explained the care of them. Throughout the process, she let me just rest and relax. The lashes are absolutely beautiful. Her studio was clean and inviting.

I loved my entire experience with Olivia. Located in a beautiful building with awesome artwork as you make your way to the studio I was so impressed. ...The service was perfect with no discomfort or irritation. Olivia was very considerate of my wants and future styles. Great conversation and overall great energy. Would definitely recommend checking her out and locking her in as your lash tech. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear you liked the look of your lashes. Lash retention can vary based on a number of factors, including aftercare, lifestyle, and products used at home. I always encourage clients to reach out as soon as they notice any concerns so I can assess the situation and, when possible, help troubleshoot or adjust, as premature shedding can often be addressed. Unfortunately, I wasn’t made aware of this concern until some time after the service, and the scheduled fill appointment was missed, which limited my ability to evaluate or resolve the issue at the time. My goal is always to provide beautiful results and a positive experience, and open communication is an important part of that. I appreciate the feedback!
