First time getting threading for my eyebrows; amazing job!

Warning to everybody going to the North Miami location!!! This location is not open for walk-ins as listed on Google. It is actually by appointment on...ly. When you get there, there is a note on the door that says to call her to make an appointment. I stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded on the 29th of September, got there, and this was what happened. I called the number on the door and she scheduled an appointment with me for 10 a.m. the next day, the 30th. She was adamant that I not be late or don't miss the appointment because she had to come all the way from Hallandale Beach in order to make the appointment at this space. I got to my appointment at 9:45 a.m. and shot her a text message letting her know that I was there, but did not get a response at 10 a.m. I called with no answer and then shot her a text message with again no answer. I called again about 10 minutes later with no answer, and then saw that her phone was on do not disturb. I texted her letting her know that I had to be somewhere at 11 a.m. and received no response again. I looked up places to go get my eyebrows threaded and ended up going down the street. I shot her a message showing her that I would be leaving a negative review on Google. She then promptly called me and texted me back saying she totally forgot about our appointment and asked if I could come in at 2pm. She said she went to bed extra late. I would've had no issue if she would've said "at 9:45am that she forgot that our appointment was scheduled", but the fact that she wouldn't even respond to me until I sent her a screenshot of a negative review is really irritating. If I was in the North Miami area looking for a place to get threaded, I would definitely go elsewhere since it seems her priority is not at this location. She sent me a follow up about customers not coming in? Very professional

Sorry for inconvenience but we are open for walk in from Tuesday to Saturday 10 to 6 and we do make appointments too. Some time technicians are sick or busy with other stuffr so it is hard to appoit other person but I am working on it thanks
