Had an amazing experience with Grace. We ended up doing a flip over sew-in with kinky curly hair and it came out better than I imagined. I take care... of my natural hair so it’s been a struggle to find a stylist who specializes in weaves/protective styles who does the same in the process. She was so gentle with my natural hair from shampooing to braiding. Just a welcoming and sweet person overall. I will definitely be booking again.

My hair looks so beautiful! I love it! The stylist Grace was very sweet, it was my first time getting my hair done (similar to the picture in the Nouv...elle Luxe ad). She was patient and explained the whole process. I would definitely go there again.

So my review is not about my hair, but about the lack of professionalism. My first visit with Grace went well and I really liked her and my wig instal...l. However, the wig started to lift on one side. So I booked an appointment on the site to have that fixed. The day of the appointment 4/8/26, Grace reached out at about 11 am asking if I could come earlier at 1:30. I was unable to do so as it was a Wednesday and I was at work. She told me because of her schedule that day that 4:30 was not a good time for her. I’m a little flexible so, I asked her if she was available later that afternoon after my original appointment time of 4:30. She did not respond to my text. The next day, I asked her to refund my deposit and she did not respond. And here it is Saturday, 4/10/26 and I just resolved the dispute for my deposit with my bank. And I still have yet to hear from her! I’m not a person to bash someone and their business, but Grace’s lack of communication is not okay! I’m disappointed because I did like my hair and I would have continued to go to Grace for wig installs. But if I can’t communicate with her, I’m not interested in her being my service provider!

The touch-up you booked was something I would have taken care of quickly, as I don’t typically charge for minor fixes like that. That day, I reached out earlier due to a scheduling conflict and tried to follow up, including calling twice, but I wasn’t able to get through before your appointment time. I understand your frustration, and I always aim to be as accommodating and responsive as possible. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and wish you the best moving forward.

She was soooooo kind and professional. She took her time with my service, I booked a sewin and absolutely fell in love with my hair!! She was so patie...nt, bleached my knots and all. Her space is intimate and clean and she had overall good vibes! I’ve never had someone so meticulous in my hair! 10 outta 10 recommend !!!
