Scheduled an appointment,they cancelled on me the same day.Then set another appointment on a day they chose and still cancelled again the same day.No ...follow up message or any communication.That in my opinion is bad business practices.

Fraud! Super uneven cut, no bath, no glands done, no nails trimmed and when confronted stated he had done all the work above! On top of that they were... drenched in human perfume! I had to bathe them and fix their cut and trim their nails myself and they still look horrible!
