Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming here for a year and made an appointment for 6 pm. I arrived at 6:04 pm, and Sebastian had already taken so...meone else in, which normally wouldn’t be a problem. But then he blamed me for being late, saying otherwise he wouldn’t have taken the other customer. You can find a much better barber at a lower price. It’s unbelievable how they offer such poor service, lack accountability, and have even raised prices. Goodbye—I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Walked in and had a 10/10 experience! The service was top-notch; Sebastian paid great attention to detail and gave me an awesome haircut. The conversa...tion was great – Sebastian was friendly and engaging, making the entire experience enjoyable. A nice touch was the colada coffee, which added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a great haircut and a pleasant time.
