Bianca w...as so sweet and incredibly thorough she really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She's thorough. I just didn't like that she charged me higher than the refill price after i specifically asked if she could still do a refill after sh...e said some lashes dropped out (3 weeks in). She only let me know after it was done that she decided to charge me $25 more than the service i booked her for because it had to be a full set. And she only said that because i asked. She just said the price will be...and name a higher price that she knew i expected to pay with no explanation. That should have been communicated properly prior to service. Other than that shes a hardworker and may work for you. I just need better communication and transparency.
