I have been going to Marcy for several years now. I take advantage of her upper and lower eyeliner, as well as the full lip tattoo fill in. Her new ...location at "The Red Chair" in eclectic and welcoming. Her private space for her services is well appointed and comfortable. The tattoo process is not without its uncomfortable moments, but Marcy checked in to make sure I was okay. I will continue to drive from Mt Hood to Vancouver, WA, because she is worth the trip.

I have gone to Marcy for a few years, lip and eyeliner tattoos. She does an excellent job. She also does everything possible to reduce any pain by reg...ular application of numbing ointments. I also think she has a great sense of humor :)

Pattie was great. She explained everything what was being done and helped me pick my eyeliner and lip stain colors that would suite me. It was a good... experience because Pattie used numbing creams that help ease the pain and kept me comfortable through the procedure. I would recommend Wake UP Beautiful to anyone who wants permanent makeup tattoos.
