First time getting my eyebrows waxed and was a bit nervous but the atmosphere and service was so great I also ended up getting my under arms and upper... lip waxed. Best experience, would 100% recommend! She was so great. 🫶🏼

I’ve been going to her for a while now and she’s always been amazing. She’s super kind, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable every time. Her work... is very consistent, and my brows always come out looking great. I really appreciate that she maps out my brows and shows me before starting. She makes sure everything looks right first. The service has never lacked, and I’m always happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I arrived at my appointment a couple minutes early and waited outside like she instructed. When I walked in and was greeted by her, her energy was off.... I thought maybe she was just shy. My eyebrows are clean but definitely not what I wanted. I asked for a straighter brow with a soft rounded arch. She thinned my eyebrows out a lot. She did map them out before but I know for a fact that she took off more than she initially showed me. I don’t have a lot of brow to begin with and the brows I went in with, took me a long time to grow out. I can definitely look past my brows because they will grow back but I did not like her attitude. I can appreciate when someone is focused on doing their job right and how they might come off a little serious. She did not talk to me during the appointment but that did not bother me at all. I just thought she was focused. This lady seemed like she did not want to be there and was probably having a bad day. I will say, she did take her time with my brows and I really appreciated that. Once my brows were done, she told me I could get up from her chair. I was a bit confused because I also booked her for a chin wax. When I brought it to her attention, she seemed irritated. She walked over to her phone and as she was looking it up, I said, “I think I booked a chin wax”. I was just trying to help her out and was also filling in awkward silence at that point. She then cut me off abruptly before I could even finish my sentence and said, “yeah, I’m checking” in a very rude manner. I honestly wanted to get up and leave at that moment but I had already paid for the service. She then walked over to begin the service but the energy in the room got super heavy and uncomfortable. I told her, “if you don’t have time to do it, it’s okay you don’t have to”. She then responded with, “no it’s fine”. Never even apologized for almost sending me out without a service I paid HER for. Listen, I get it. People forget things. I forget stuff all the time, it’s a human thing to do. But the way she handled it was what bothered me. She could’ve easily apologized and then done the service or just could have had a better attitude about it, no apology necessary. Before she began waxing my chin, she looked at it and said, “you don’t even have hair on your chin…”. That really rubbed me the wrong way because what does she care? I paid for a service and would’ve appreciated her just doing it without the commentary. I DID have hair on my chin and left with a few hairs still there FYI. I explained to her that I did have a few hairs on the base of my chin. Not underneath or on the jawline. I asked her if she could just wax that small area so that I did not grow thick hair anywhere else. She said she could do that but then proceeded to apply wax further and lower anyway. After she was done, she said, “thanks for reminding me about the chin wax”. I swear I NEVER write negative reviews like this but I just had a really bad experience. One of the biggest reasons I booked her was because in her Tik Tok videos, she seems to be very kind and had a good energy about her. I just think it’s wrong and false advertisement to act one way online and then be completely different in person. It’s weird. I didn’t need her to be super happy, sunshine, and rainbows but not rude either. Again, maybe she was just having a bad day but that is not my fault. She should not be taking it out on her clients. Honesty goes a long way. If she was having a bad day or maybe even not feeling well, she could’ve rescheduled or even communicated it to me before the appointment. I was suuuuper excited for my appointment because it’s been a while since I treated myself and got my eyebrows done. It was also my first time getting my brows mapped and wax. I’m going on a trip for my birthday soon and was looking forward to my new brows. I was hoping to like her and become a recurring client but I will not be going back. I rather just pay the $200 at the benefit brow bar.
