My fear of therapy was that it would go on for years. Dr.Shane cured me of that. He is able to see right through the clutter. He focused me on one acc...omplishment per session. He empowered me with follow up literature. I learned so much so quickly. I can now use his thought process to unravel my own challenges. It was four sessions 👍🏾

Dr. Shane has been so helpful to our family as we navigate raising our teenage son. He has expertise in so many areas important that we are working on......ADHD, substance experimentation to name a couple, in addition to being an extremely open, warm, direct and supportive person generally. He has become an integral part of our parenting team, and a trusted resource for our son.
