First off I was really professional, when your daughter showed me the picture, she stated she didn’t want the braids on side, then after blowing her hair out I explained to her that her hair wasn't long enough for the parting, and asked her if she still wanted them, yes was the answer, you sat in chair and watched me do her hair, I showed her hair in mirror,she went to restroom several times not once said anything, I explained to you why the parting was how I did it, hair was nice and neat, and looked great, you paid me, you asked her if she was ok with it after I explained why I parted much smaller due to the length of her tapered hair, y’all went to car and she must have said something to you, then you proceeded to come in with attitude like we had not just stood there talking asking for refund, as for phone, I was listening to my book on my headphones, I can listen to whatever I like due to it not interfering with my job, I took her hair down and refunded you half your money back, due to the fact that you sat there not saying anything, I completely did my job, you paid me then she changed her mind because it wasn’t what she felt she liked, but I did my job very nice and respectfuly well, my time is precious as well, no matter how hard you try you want be able to satisfy everyone, but not one time did I get out character or disrespectful, held professionalism entirely!
