I went for a regular loc retwist, it wasn’t advertised that this would be a no gel retwist. - No gel was used for the retwist - No clips were used f...or the retwist - No palm rolling was done for the retwist Overall it was subpar, the final product didn’t look much different from when i came in

Im sorry you was unhappy with your service. I dont use any kind of gel for dread. I use all natural products made into a oil. I also dont use clips they burn the scalp. At anytime during your service you could've spoke up and said what you wanted. Instead of leaving a unpleasant comment. You could've ask that during your consultation. Your request was for a retwist no details.
