Worst experience ever. Booked my appointment with someone name Chico and I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and of course no one acknowledge...s anybody coming in so I sat down waiting for my time to come and finally my time is up and since a couple of people are finishing up I go and asked them if anyone of them was Chico and they told me Chico had already left for the day, even tho the app says the barber confirmed my appointment. So I continued to ask if someone can cut my hair since it was obviously a error on their end and not mine and they said yeah the next barber will cut your hair so I continued to wait and I see other people finishing their cuts but no one even acknowledges me and just try to avoid eye contact with me because they got appointments coming in and at this point no one gave me a time frame how long I should wait or anything so I can decide to stay or leave. Finally after waiting I just decided to leave. Not sure why barbers feel this entitlement and it feels like as a customer we need to beg for them to cut your hair even when they are getting paid their rate they stablished. I will never come to place.
