Absolutely crazy to treat people terribly in this economy. I paid for my microlocs in full upfront and Kisanet did not provide the full service that d...ay. I got scammed by someone who claims they are love and light. During the first appointment, she constantly was on her phone talking to whomever called. Which I was not upset about, I just moved on from it. Next, I scheduled another appointment to do the next half of my hair. She cancels the morning of, while I’m in route. I chalk it up to maybe shes behind schedule and again, stay calm and go home. I try to book another appointment to do the same half of my hair. She cancels again the night before. At this point I’m tired of her playing around and wasting my time, money, energy and patience. Buyers beware, if you need to schedule multiple appointments for one hairstyle she may not be available and start playing games after stealing your money. I’m giving three stars because the half of my hair that is locked is done beautifully. And I genuinely didn’t mind paying for the next half based on her new pricing.
