Went in for a beard line up with Alfred and he exceeded my expectations. It was much more than a 15 or 30 minute job-- he took his time and frequently... checked back in with me making sure he was doing what I wanted. The from the length to the fade and the line up he made sure I was satisfied every step of the way and that I was comfortable. He pulled out all the stops for the trim and line up: straight razor and gel to solutions for dreaded razor bumps. He is a professional and it shows! The barbershop itself was nice and new inside. 10/10 experience: would absolutely recommend Alfred and his services. He's an awesome guy, very detail oriented and talented at what he does!

I appreciate you coming in and apologizing that the service was not to your satisfaction if you had any concerns at the time and didn’t want anything done to try and fix the problem I would have understood and could have given some sort of resolution.
