Thank you for your feedback. One of the barbers greeted you and the 4 other guys that walked in at the same time you did. I have never met you before so didn’t know you were here for me. I also was servicing a client so that was where my focus was. If you’ve ever been in a shop before sometimes appointments run late due to various reasons. I would have gladly communicated that to you had i known you were there for me. Communication is imperative on both sides. 🫡👍🏾
