About 30 minutes before this appointment, Elijah texted me to say that the shop was re-doing the floors and asked if I could come later. When I said I... couldn’t, he asked me to cancel the appointment but never refunded me. When I followed up, he said he’d do it, but never followed through. Okay cut the first time, but not a good person to do business with.

My appointment was originally scheduled for 2:15. Around 1:45, Elijah asked if we could push it back 30 minutes. When I asked if that mean 2:45, he sa...id 3:00. When I arrived to the shop, the door was locked and the lights were off. I texted Elijah I was there and he said he was still en route. When I asked how far away he was, he didn’t respond. I stood outside in the cold for 12 minutes and then left and sent a text asking for a refund. He said he was close but at 3:20, he still hadn’t made it to the shop. This was the second appointment that he missed (and refused to refund). His cuts are okay, but professionalism is absolutely terrible.

Yes I’m very sorry to have missed you, something came up , and I had to leave the shop , I felt like did my best to reschedule you and get back to you as soon as I could with a tight schedule on a Friday , J am happy to offer you a free cut for your troubles , you would NOT be disappointed 🙏🏻I offered you a new time slot several times and you chose Not to follow through . 15 min in Friday afternooon traffic is hard to maneuver
