I arrived for my scheduled appointment and waited over an hour, but the lash tech never showed up. The location is dirty and looks unsanitary. Everyon...e speaks Spanish and didn’t have the courteously to let me know that the lash tech would be over an hour late. After waiting for over 1 hr and 10 mins I leave and lash tech never showed up. I would rather be bald with no lashes then to ever give this lash tech my money. If that’s the respect she has for the clients time then I can’t imagine the service she would have provided. DO NOT BOOK

Madam, excuse me if at any time I offended you but you booked while I was on a date with my 2-year-old baby, I book the same day not in advance only a few hours, it was almost impossible for me to observe this reservation, I am a single mother and I have no family in this country so I fight every day alone, my work is excellent and Hispanics, well, thanks to hardworking people this country also gets ahead, maybe if I had booked in advance I would have had a better opinion of me, and I would have seen how much I am!!!
