Been going here for nearly 2 yrs, generally really happy with my nails. Reason for the lower score today is due to the lack of variety/options availab...le when the owner isn't there (understand everyone has the right to go in holidays)

hi, thank you for your review! we tried to use essential oils to reduce the smell of nail polish and liquid but couldn't get the result you wanted, we're very sorry! about the nail polish color, when I received the picture I thought about choosing the color and chrome polishing to get the result like the picture you provided, but you chose color 711 so we did as you wished, if you don't like it you can ask us to change it right away, we always respect the customer's opinion, because you are the one paying so making you satisfied is our duty 😊 and about the culticle layer, in the Acrylic service or nail extension services do not include skin cleaning, if you want you can ask them to do your manicure ☺️! but after all I sincerely apologize for the experience that made you feel unhappy! If you have time, you can come back. If you are not satisfied with anything, I will guarantee it for you within 1 week completely free of charge! Thank you ☺️
