Very disappointing. I booked based on the rave reviews. I booked for a technician with 3+ years experience. When talking to the lady doing my lashes s...he said she had been doing lashes maybe a year. The salon does smell amazing I will say that. It was an uncomfortable experience. The door is left wide open so there is no privacy, the bed was very uncomfortable and the lining torn, the technician didn't speak to me about what I wanted and at times it felt like the lash was being dug into my eyelid. When she finished she didn't offer me a mirror, didn't ask if I was happy with them. My eyes were so irritated I could barely see. When I got home and my eyes settled down. I noticed the volume was sparse compared to what I normally get (else where). I thought I would just chalk it up to experience. But today I am losing lashes already. I usually don't start losing lashes until at least 2 weeks. Price was cheap $90 compared to where I normally go, but I guess you get what you pay for. To improve I would suggest the owner re-train her staff in some ettiquette: 1. Speak to the client about what they want. 2. Make sure the client is comfortable before starting 3. Make sure the lining on the beds are changed between clients 4. When finished, offer the client a mirror, check they are happy with what has been done. 5. If you offer a service for a technician with a certain level of experience, then make sure that is what they are getting. There are a lot of rave reviews, so I am not sure why my experience was so bad. Show more
