I've booked and been to Solo a couple of times and been happy with the service. This third time I booked, turned up 15 minutes early to find the place...d closed with the roller shutters down. I waited, until the appointment time but he was a no-show and the place didn't open. I have previously received a phone call if there was an issue, but nothing this time. What's the point of online booking if this is going to happen? Show more
