My partner and I went as a date. We're really excited to see our results. It was so easy! Literally a few seconds each. The longest and hardest part w...as choosing how big we wanted to receive our iris'! We just moved into a house together and it's our first piece of 'work' that's 'ours'. Thank you! I'd love to add a photo but I haven't received it yet. BUT let me tell you, when you walk in to the stall, you will see how wonderful it all is. Show more

First of all I wanted to say how cool this service is. My partner and I came in for our 2 year anniversary to capture our iris’s in the south Melbourn...e location. Unfortunately that’s we’re the excitement ended. Not being from Melbourne we rang for some directions to help find the store. Upon calling and leaving a message we did not receive a return call we assumed it was busy. We decided to continue until we found the store. On arrival the lady was sitting on her personal phone who looked more then disinterested to be at her occupation that day. An icy welcome received by her. Her communication was rude in the way she spoke to us. Stating “I’m only going to say these instructions once and then you do that action ” and becoming frustrated when the iris wasn’t lining up. We had no conversation after the photos were taken and pushed out the store like we were bothering her. We left feeling deflated and not like we just dropped $200 on a meaningful personal product Like I said earlier this service is amazing and we are so appreciative that we got to try but maybe extra staff training wouldn’t go astray.
