When you visited our barbershop, the haircut you requested involved both clippers and scissors, which falls under the category of a style cut as outlined by our Barber, Booksy, and website. We apologise if there was any confusion regarding this. Regarding the pricing, we explained that you had been undercharged previously. Our service descriptions specify that a style cut is a 20-minute appointment priced at $40. We strive for transparency in our pricing and booking policies, and we regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred in this regard. It's important to us that our customers leave satisfied, which is why our barber consulted with you at the end of your service to ensure your satisfaction, and we were under the impression that you were content with the outcome as you did not state otherwise.
