Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. I’m truly sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your little boy’s haircut. My name is Yaser, and I completely understand how important a first haircut is for both you and your son. Elyas is a great barber and very patient, but kids’ haircuts can be quite challenging—especially when they’re upset, being held, and facing a different direction instead of the mirror. We always do our best to check everything, but our biggest focus is keeping the child safe and calm, as we’re working with very sharp tools like clippers, trimmers, and scissors. It can be a stressful moment for little ones, and sometimes that affects the final result. I would be more than happy to look after him personally next time, as I have a lot of experience with children’s haircuts. Once his hair grows back a bit, please feel free to book in with me and I’ll make sure he gets a clean, even cut that you’re happy with.
