I want to leave this review for feedback to help this salon improve its service experience. I have been visiting Quality Nails Beeliar for my nails o...ver the past 1-2 years. I have always had a great experience with Lisa especially. The girls are lovely and do a great job with their nails. My visit today was extremely uncomfortable. The husband of the manager often is in the salon to help out with things like maintenance and cleaning. His presence in the salon is already a bit strange, but today it was especially bad. After sitting down and looking through the shellac colours, he started to attempt to file down my nails. I was shocked and didn’t know what to say. He did a poor job, as expected, because filing nails is a very technical skill. He had dusty hands with some open sores on them. He kept pushing down my hand asking me to “relax”. I obviously couldn’t relax because it was so jarring! I wanted to ask him to stop and that I will wait for one of the girls. I felt very stuck. Thankfully Trang did step in, but half of her concentration was watching her husband do tasks instead of focusing on my nail service. She had to stop my service halfway through to check on what he was doing. It was extremely uncomfortable. My nails were all slightly different lengths. I left feeling like I should consider going to another salon from now on. I strongly recommend that Trang’s husband only does maintenance tasks, if anything at all. I understand that he is wanting to help out the business, but I feel that it may be doing more harm than good when it comes to the customer experience. Show more
