The staff were so friendly and welcoming. However, I had BIAB done and it wasn’t up to standard. I have had this service done at other nails salons be...fore and the end result looks entirely different. Unfortunately the service was rushed and my nails look very thick and clumpy and untidy. Lovely clean salon, had a little wait (i booked an appointment) but appreciate its Christmas and everyone is busy. Pedicure is fab, massage could have... been a bit longer especially with the hot stones and i did miss the scrub which i get when i have had pedicures at other salons but it was still a nice pedi. Wasn't offered a drink and the salon was a bit hot - please put the aircon on higher to make it comfortable for your clients. Show more

Really love the work everyone does, but think it might be nice if people who have bookings get priority. I booked for 9am (opening) and when I got t...here every nail chair was full and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my pedicure to start. Because of the business my appt didn’t finish until nearly an hour after it was estimated to online, which made me run late for the rest of the day. I don’t even know if I had the person I booked with online 🤷‍♀️ Another girl had an appt at the same time and she had to wait even longer as well, and when my nails were being done another lady walked in saying she had a booking and was told to come back in an hour, which defeats the purpose of even booking. Again I love the work you guys do and the salon is beautiful, but it is frustrating for customers that book and get told to wait. Show more
