Friendly and welcoming staff and I am pleased with the overall finish, although I am unsure if the person I booked with did my nails. I did have to do... additional filing to address uneven edges on returning home. The one of the colours, as shown in photo and chosen by nail technician, does not match the other colours. Gold glitter instead of silver. I did not realise until afterwards. Show more

Won't be returning here. Brought an image of what I wanted done to my nails. Only to be treated like an idiot for the colors I chose. Wanted a black... to dark blue ombre effect. Only acheviable by putting white under where the blue was. This was not done. Instead, the lady I had went oh this Won't work chose a new color. Nothing is going to work on a black base without a white underlay. How would I know. I've had it done before. To get out of there chose a glitter gel polish to be able to move on with my day. I also ended up with 2 stumpie nails and very flat with 0 apex so my nails just looked wrong. Had them soaked off within a week of wearing them cause couldn't stand looking at my nails anymore. Nevermind the fact that I had set an appointment and was treated like I was imposing. Show more
