First of all fuck you and your husband. You both given 1 star is very nice. Do I care no. The first time I cut your husband I was 5 minutes late which I apologise for. I get you both coffee from next door with cookies, and cut your husband nicely, if know one should come to my shop why did he book again? He came 30 fucking minutes la late and wat to cut when I om fully booked out? Ya both go eat dog shit. You fucking cancel for 3 weeks in a roll you fat shit

Absolutely disappointing experience. I originally booked for 10:30am and received confirmation, only to be told later by admin that it was moved to 11...:00am. I travelled over an hour, took time off work, and arrived to find the shop completely closed. I sent a message via Instagram — which seems to be the only way to get in touch — but received no response or update. I completely understand if someone is unwell or something unexpected comes up, but a quick message or call to let me know would’ve been the bare minimum. As a business providing a service, being contactable and respectful of your customers’ time is critical. This experience was not only unprofessional, but it also showed a lack of basic courtesy.
