From day one, she has always cared about the integrity and health of m...y nails, rather than simply trying to sell services. She genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being and takes pride in making sure your nails are healthy and beautiful. One of the things I appreciate most is that she never pushes unnecessary services. She listens to what you want, gives honest recommendations, and always tries her best to accommodate you when she reasonably can. She is also incredibly responsive and communicates quickly, which makes booking and appointments so easy. She is professional, reliable, and respectful of your time. In all the years I’ve been receiving her services, she has rarely ever run behind—and I have never once left disappointed or dissatisfied. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about the people she works with. My manicure is wonderful even though the manicurist had to undo a damaging, disastrous manicure from one of those mass-manicure places in strip malls.... Hyzel is a true professional and takes her time to do the best job possible.
