Terrible professionalism. I booked an appointment with Arman at 11:30am and he didn’t even show up. To make matters worse, the shop wasn’t even opened.... I waited 20 minutes outside in the cold before I decided to leave. It frustrated me because I had a busy schedule. Armand’s lack of punctuality compromised my day. I knew that guy was a RED FLAG, when he didn’t even had a profile picture for the barber options and he doesn’t even get posted on the shop’s instagram. Armand’s professionalism really gives the shop a BAD REPUTATION. Show more
