As someone who's used to more agressive type therapies- physio, chiro, massage thereapy, etc.- after I was finished my treatment I thought, "well that... was relaxing. I guess we'll see if there's any difference afterward." Then I slept incredibly well and felt amazing the next day! My usual aches and pains were virtually non-existent.
