I was assessed for my orthotics by Sandra who was filling in for Paul. It is unfortunate that Paul was back on staff when I picked up the orthotics. ... He seemed put out that he had to arrive at 8:30 for the appointment and he offered little in the way of customer service, stating that I had had orthotics in the past and I knew what to do. He said that my running shoes were not the best for orthotics but failed to explain that these same shoes are absolutely not suitable. I wish I had known! Show more

The assessment I received was great and Paul was great. I did not find, however, the reception I received from the guy at the desk very friendly or f...orthcoming to help me out. No staff asked me if I needed assistance when I walked around the store while waiting for my appointment,, which surprised me. Show more
